As Prince William and Kate Middleton went head-to-head in a charity sailing contest on Thursday, it was the couple’s child, Princess Charlotte, who impressed the crowds most.
Fans collected to see the duke and duchess face off in The King’s Cup regatta off England’s Island of Wight, an occasion to raise money for charity.
Prior to the race, the royals waved to those who had turned up to enjoy. As Kate attempted to encourage Charlotte to do the very same, however, Charlotte protruded her tongue instead.
